Own Media Specialist

Job Description 
  • Manage, crafting, and handlingOVO own mediachannel
  • Translate OVO own media playbook to clear strategy and content development that relate with vertical identity and potential audience interest
  • Ensure availability of  updated resolution based on e-knowledge, empowerment guidelines and tools/system support in digital media channel 
  • Have a broad initiative idea, big passion in digital media platform, and high quality standard for works, art,  copy, and digital campaign
  • Deep knowledge about Indonesia digital and social media channel, insight, newest update, audience interest and type of best performance content in each channel. 
  • ·Always monitoring trends and keep updated with digital media fast growing environment 
  • Ensuring a best in class digital media strategy and content development for OVO own channel, and able to create a different content approach compare to similar service or product
  • Lead and create a plan for OVO digital media and own media campaigns, ensuring target audience acquisition and supporting brand and business objective across the company’s portfolio 
  • Act as the advocate of digital and own media integration within the Company, influencing overall site and business strategies
  • Provide insights, benchmarks, and analyse data from OVO digital and own media channel, to inform company-wide decision-making and commercial campaign targets. 

Job Requirements
  • University background (S1) from any discipline, preferably IT, Communication, Computer, Marketing with at least 2 – 4 years working experience in FMCG, technology, telco Industry, and e-commerce brand or clients 
  • Deep knowledge in digital and own media channel, digital media content development, and have an experience to work with CRM is a plus. 
  • ·Action-oriented, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management
  • Ability to deal with uncertainty and fast-changing digital media worlds
  • Ability to understand and developing digital media report – analytics 
  • Experience with CRM and own media channel tools 
    Ability to create best in class digital content (concept & writing)  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with good public speaking skills
  • Award winning minded and have a hunger to win some social media or creative awards 
  • Have a many initiative ideas with huge creative spirit 
  • Experience handling contender brand / company and success to beat the market leader in the end
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Excellent organizational ability
