Job Description
Be a key member of the exciting new payment verticals, helping to drive forward critical parts of OVO’s business and solve consumer problems at scale across Indonesia.
Shape and develop the go-to-market marketing plans for one of the fastest growing markets in the sub-region.
Develop and secure approval for GTM marketing plans and budgets.
Direct cross-functional, cross-organisational teams and agencies in the development and execution of GTM plans and budgets.
Develop offering/segment messaging and managing delivery of same.
Develop customer segmentation strategies and define customer experience plans and executing/monitoring them.
Define marketing metrics/goals/benchmarks, and tracks/reports progress against them.
Develops closed-loop post- analysis for marketing programs and identifies/executes indicated actions.
Perform marketing support activities as needed, e.g. MRM/CRM, PO and accrual management.
Minimum Qualifications
High Performer BA or BS in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred.
8-10 years marketing experience including offering marketing, segment marketing and partner marketing.
Agency, sales and/or channel experience a plus.
Expert knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
Expert knowledge of advertising/digital marketing/direct marketing/research vendor practices and procedures.
Strong analytical skills with excellent written/oral communication.
Ability to build, manage and influence high performance teams.
Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills
Drive and hunger to achieve results independent, self-starter and initiative, and the ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a great personality and ability to make decisions
