Job Description
- Support and manage the development and execution of the marketing plan and strategy for city campaign and activities
- Executing the marketing plan against the cities budget
- Liaising and networking with a rangeof stakeholders including internal marketing and operational teams, city marketing, customers, vendor partners and suppliers
- To monitor campaigns against KPI's, be fully aware of trends and analytics, success and risks to increase sales
- Ensure adherence to operating budget of Country and City Marketing
- Sound leadership skills covering collaboration, negotiation, influencing to work accross departments and with external parties
- Work with city and vertical marketing team in daily basis, including resolving issues and maintaining high motivation levels within the team
- Complete accurate, objective, and fact-based performance appraisals for all direct reports on time
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. a Bachelor's degree preferably with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, and/or Business Administration
- Has min. 5 years of relevant marketing experience with a successful track record in developing integrated marketing strategy and managing campaigns (experience in city management, business partners, event agencies will be a plus)
- Goal and results oriented: Track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth, start-up environment
- Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges: Willingess to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges
- Effective in engaging and influencing marketing and sales team members to achieve targets
- Resourceful and creative: Can develop creative and innovative ideas for marketing through different channels to reach, engage and grow customer base
- Highly detail-oriented: Ensure the quality of all marketing materials and communications, and manage the budget
- Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skill
- Excellent in influencing and negotiation skill
- Strong commercial nous (business acumen)
- Proficient with Ms. Office
- Willing to travel
