Job Description
  • Ensure customer will pay
  • Visit customer (account) based on Visit Plan
  • Check and validate Customer's address
  • Request customer's new contract number and/or address if any
  • Repayment service customer
  • Prepare visit plan based on his assignement
  • Report all result of visit to Mobile Collection application
  • Help customer to resolve payment problem by offer mitigation strategy

Qualification
  • Min SMA/SMK
  • Male/Female with Age max 40 years old
  • Accustomed to working with press and ready to be placed in any area
