Job Description
  • Maintain the quality and professionalism of collection calls
  • Provide information to customer, such as loan detail, penalty, payment channel, promo.

Qualification
  • Minimum SMA/SMK, fresh graduate, max 26 years old
  • Able to speak bahasa fluently
  • Experienced in call center, tele sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Able to operate computer (MS Office & Excel)
