Community Manager

Job Descriptions
  • Responsible for advocating a brand on social media
  • Lead the community management practice by providing proactive customer care
  • Setting up brand social media persona and actively connect to the online community to reach out to potential consumers and advocate accordingly
  • Overseeing multiple social media platforms using analytics and other measurement tools to provide a comprehensive social media monitoring reports on tracking brand sentiments, issues and complains 
  •  Escalating any issues based on social media monitoring report and providing crisis management protocol accordingly
     • Initiate coaching and trainings for social customer team to optimise day-to-day management on multiple platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Appstore/Playstore
  • Monitor online conversation across community platforms to recommend opportunities for the brand to participate and optimise content accordingly
  • Actively spotting trends in online conversation and riding on cultural moments to help social media team develop responsive content accordingly
  • Planning influencer marketing campaign and work collaboratively with influencer agencies to roll out the brand campaign
  • Creating influencer campaign brief and distribute the brief to the respective content creators and influencer agencies
  •  Provide comprehensive influencer marketing campaign report and monitoring competitor’s influencer marketing activity 

Job Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a community manager
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
