Responsible for advocating a brand on social media
Lead the community management practice by providing proactive customer care
Setting up brand social media persona and actively connect to the online community to reach out to potential consumers and advocate accordingly
Overseeing multiple social media platforms using analytics and other measurement tools to provide a comprehensive social media monitoring reports on tracking brand sentiments, issues and complains
Escalating any issues based on social media monitoring report and providing crisis management protocol accordingly • Initiate coaching and trainings for social customer team to optimise day-to-day management on multiple platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Appstore/Playstore
Monitor online conversation across community platforms to recommend opportunities for the brand to participate and optimise content accordingly
Actively spotting trends in online conversation and riding on cultural moments to help social media team develop responsive content accordingly
Planning influencer marketing campaign and work collaboratively with influencer agencies to roll out the brand campaign
Creating influencer campaign brief and distribute the brief to the respective content creators and influencer agencies
Provide comprehensive influencer marketing campaign report and monitoring competitor’s influencer marketing activity
Job Requirements
Proven work experience as a community manager
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Hands on experience with social media management for brands
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
