Job Description
- Develop customer segmentation and design customer lifecycle framework that guide various campaign towards increasing MAU and customer engagement,
- Have overall understanding of OVO customer profile based on different lifecycle stage and cooperate with various internal team toward building customer loyalty.
- Manage Customer life cycle journey Platform (Lean Plum)
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytic background and have ability to generate insight from complex problem and translate it to good business insight.
- Experience working with database, able to do SQL query.
- Background from Financial (bank / insurance), Telco, Fintech or e-commerce / startup are preferred
- Team player & have Good communication skills
