Job Descriptions :
- Develop a deep behavioural understanding and intuition of our users and merchants, especially in the space of how they would violate our policies and game our systems
- Act as primary subject matter expert to develop policies and guidelines on how to resolve large and complex business problems, along with improvements to ensure we are constantly evolving on how we protect our businesses
- Advice businesses, products and features on any potential risks of profitability, safety & security and launch targeted fraud prevention/mitigation strategies
Qualifications :
The must haves;
- Degree/Professional Qualification in any field or minimum 3 years related work experience
- Good experiences in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to build robust and broadly compatible solutions
- Manage project rollout of enforcement changes, including providing analytical insights and operational support
- Proficient in English and has excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent learner, and enjoy sharing knowledge with team members
- Detail-oriented and efficient time manager in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
Would be advantage to have;
- Deep understanding of the fraud space with hands-on knowledge of fraud, payments, and risk (especially on tech products)
