Job Descriptions :
  • Filing agreements and legal documentations (legal depository)
  • Creating a system for achiving of historical / old documents and filing of new documents
  • Maintaining and making sure that standart procedures are followed through for preparation, reviewing, and signing of legal documents
  • Maintaining worksheet, confidential documents, and other forms
  • Drafting simple letters and documents, organize meetings, preparation of documents, scheduling courier
  • Supporting corporate secretary in regards to company transactions

Qualifications :
  • Experience within company secretarial matters required
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (both in English & Indonesian)
  • Familiar with legal documents (both in English & Indonesian)
