Digital Campaign Manager

At Oval we are looking to innovate the traditional finance space with a new completely independent platform for saving and investing. We believe that intermediation is over and it’s time for a new technology disruption that is replacing the middleman in a number of industries. We want to do the same in finance. It is an ambitious task and thus we are looking for people to join the Oval team to help make this happen.

You will be part of a team of serial entrepreneurs with a global market experience in building tech startups and you will have the opportunity to change the financial market, by bringing better education and inclusion. You will be independent and able to manage your own schedule while working with an international and diverse team of people that together have a mission, to change the rules of the financial world from now on.

In this Role you will:

  • You will own all aspects of the digital marketing plan (schedule, budgeting, creative/copywriting of marketing campaigns) with the ultimate goal of driving new users through excitement and innovation
  • You will develop and manage digital campaigns by aligning the business goals and research on competitive landscape and opportunities to scale
  • You will work with internal stakeholders to ensure our marketing (acquisition and retention) efforts maximize key metrics
  • Report and analyse digital campaigns with a focus on actionable takeaways for department-wide and company-wide distribution
  • Identify digital marketing areas of opportunity and leverage business intelligence
  • Work closely with the marketing and support team to constantly improve the customer success process, keeping it lean and manageable at all times

Your Profile and Mindset

Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and Italian (more languages are a plus)
  • 3+  years experience in digital campaign manager role, at a finance, advertising, technology or Saas company working with Apps 
  • Strong familiarity with highly time-sensitive campaigns, fast-changing audiences and geographic targets
  • Very strong analytical, creative and problem-solving capabilities
  • Extensive end-to-end campaign management experience (research, strategy, planning, launch, bid management, testing, optimization, etc.)
  • Consultant-level expertise in Google AdWords, Facebook, YouTube, Outbrain, Apple Adv, App Store optimization etc.
  • Demonstrated success executing campaigns with other major Ad Networks/Ad Exchanges/DSP/etc and build strengthening relationships with  Account Representatives
