At Oval we are looking to innovate the traditional finance space with a new completely disintermediated platform for saving and investing. We believe that intermediation is over, with technology disruption, in a number of industries, replacing the middleman. We want to do the same for finance. It is an ambitious task and thus we are looking for people to join the Oval team to help make this happen.
You will be part of a team of serial entrepreneurs with a global market experience in building tech startups and you will have the opportunity to change the financial market, by bringing better education and inclusion. You will be independent and can manage your own schedule but will be working with an international and diverse team of people that together have the mission to change the financial world forever.
In this Role you will:
- Work with key stakeholders to set and execute the talent acquisition strategy and roadmap for Oval’s long-term growth
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and perform all the necessary documentation to outline a job description and the hiring process
- Create a pipeline of potential candidates through platforms like Linkedin or job posting sites
- Devise alternative channels for sourcing talent
- Manage the talent pipeline, coordinate with the founders on interviews and make sure that candidates felt taken care of all along the way
- Help define the perks and the contracts of new employees joining the company

- Eager to experiment and test new ideas and document the results with data driven solutions
- As candidates are our first ambassadors, you aim to keep talent engaged even if we do not have a role for them
- Able to work independently, with an ambition to contribute to the project and improve existing processes
- Striving in a destructured startup environment, not looking for the 9 to 5 role
- Hungry to change the world starting from changing the banking experience

Requirements
- Registration to Categorie Protette (L.68/99)
- Fluency in both English and Italian
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process
- Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
