Summary / Objective
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to proper management of assigned independent contractors, including performance, financial reconciliation, and all required documentation. Work with internal teams and customers to manage and prioritize assigned field workforce activity levels. Manage, communicate priorities and drive adherence to quality and timeliness standards within your assigned technician network.

  • Daily phone, email, and Salesforce interaction with assigned remote field force and internal personnel
  • Manage/prioritize remote field force work activity levels
  • Confirm equipment needs/requirements for remote field force
  • Set and maintain realistic and attainable expectations for field force
  • Dispatch and monitor work order activity by assigned territory 
  • Ensure work orders are closed out with proper field force payments
  • Prioritize scheduling of work activity and escalations

  • Payment processing experience
  • Workforce management experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multitasking environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
 
Career Experiences & Skills: 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dispatching environment or other relevant work experience
  • Experience working with a remote field force
  • Customer service experience 
  • Workforce management experience
 
Travel
Travel may occasionally be required but will make up < 10% of overall employee time
