Summary / Objective
This role is designed to support Human Resources processes and programs that drive core business objectives. The ideal candidate will drive efficiencies in process and deliver meaningful programs to Outcome Health’s employees in multiple locations. They will also partner with Office Operations and Talent Acquisition Team to support the employee and candidate experience at our Tampa office.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employee questions/concerns about HR topics such as benefits, payroll, company policies, time off, et
- Own the complete on-boarding experience for all FL new hires (verify paperwork is completed, assist in benefit enrollment, conduct orientation, etc.)
- Accurately maintain HRIS data and personnel file.
- Provide employee guidance on Benefits plans and any type of leaves, offer benefits enrollment and tools support.
Career Experiences & Skills:
- 2+ years experience in a HR Coordinator capacity.
- Experience supporting Non-Exempt employee population (specifically around time and attendance reporting and tracking)
- Experience working with HRIS and ATS platforms.
- Experience working with ADP a plus
- Basic Excel (e.g. vLookup, pivot tables, etc)
Travel
Travel may occasionally be required but will make up < 10% of overall employee time
