Strategic Account Manager

You will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers in Plano, TX.  You will connect with key business executives and technical leaders with our clients to develop long-term relationships and a strong customer portfolio. You will liaise between customers and internal expert teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs.

Strategic Account Management - 60%
  • Develop relationships with executive managers, sponsors, and hiring managers. Become a trusted advisor at multiple levels of management.
  • Meet with client to discuss new business and change management. This will include any staffing changes and leveling.
  • Work together with key program managers to determine future growth strategy by analyzing existing and potential clients.
  • Gather new job requisitions from hiring managers and fill these roles with help from recruiters.
  • On-boarding and off boarding responsibilities.
  • Develop a pipeline of highly qualified local talent in key targeted areas to support future growth and sales efforts.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly, quarterly sales, profitability and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Track all job requisitions and candidates using internal Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support pre-sales and new business development efforts.
  • Organize and attend networking events, meetups, hackathons, career fairs, etc. representing OrangePeople.
  • Discover areas of business at existing clients where we could provide significant benefit.
  • Report weekly on progress, risks, and issues at all accounts.
Talent Acquisition - 40%
  • Develop a pipeline of highly qualified local talent in key targeted areas to support future growth and sales efforts.
  • Spearhead Talent Acquisition efforts by managing the entire recruitment lifecycle process from acquiring job requisitions to talent outreach and hiring.
  • Immediately meet project demand by recruiting and hiring employees.
  • Screen candidates sourced by internal recruitment team
  • Be the onsite contact for employees working  at client sites.
  • Meet one on one with the on site consultants to review individual performance and discuss career objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of OP's Internal Processes 
  • Cultivate OP culture that will encourage leading talent to join our team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Account Management and/or Service Delivery Lead experience
  • 5+ years of client facing experience, ideally in an technology related field and with Fortune 100 clients
  • Experience using an CRM and Applicant Tracking System, preferably Taleo
  • System administrator experience with Taleo is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be able to interact easily with top level executives
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Apps tools including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Experience with Big Five/ large consulting firms is a big plus

 Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team building efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base. 
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested
