We are hiring Technical Writer (Logistics/Supply Chain) to join OP's on-site delivery teams that partner with a multi-billion dollar social networking company to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of e-learning modules for internal LMS systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and review documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, completeness, and alignment across the brand, design and style guide.
- Liaison and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across the company to drive optimal LMS solutions.
- Develop insightful recommendations to address complex operational and strategic problems with LMS Systems
- Researches and evaluates industry standards and benchmarks to support processes (as needed).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Possess strong writing ability with excellent communication skills.
- Good exposure with Supply Chain and/or Logistics background.
- Should be able to create SCORM files for LMS Systems.
- Considerable experience in preparing e-learning documents/materials for LMS Systems.
- Strong professional, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient with MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding setting.
- Ability to quickly learn and master new technology.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested
