Patient Support Representative

Job Description
Patient Support Representatives are responsible for delivering amazing patient experiences at a high quality of care. Using your knowledge of Opternative products and services as well as great problem solving and analytical skills, you'll interpret and prepare exam data for physicians, assist patients through the Opternative vision test via the patients preferred contact method, and provide feedback to management regarding opportunities to improve the patient experience.

What You'll Need
  • 2-3 years of related experience, eye care industry experience a plus
  • Ability to understand, calculate and interpret refractive exam data
  • Proven technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond, investigate and correct problems quickly
  • Strong customer service and strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Bonus If You Have It
  • American Board of Opticianry Certification
  • Experience in telehealth/startup field
  • Solid writing and mathematics background
