 Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of direct reports. 
  • Develop and maintain department policies and procedures for customer payment refunds and returns.
  • Resolve escalated disputes in a timely manner to ensure adherence to compliance on state and federal levels.
  • Building controls systems and supporting internal audit policies put in place by compliance. 
  • Proactively identify, recommend and implement process improvement opportunities to ensure superior service and issue resolution.
  • Will partner with treasury, legal, compliance, and credit departments. 

 Desirable Skills:
  • Previous Salesforce experience. 
  • Analytical problem-solving that requires anticipating, analyzing, and diagnosing.
  • Strong numerical ability coupled with sound reasoning and logical deduction skills.
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong time and project management of small to large internally focused projects.
  • A commitment to timeliness and reliability.
  • Flexibility and proactivity to assist on last minute team needs.

  • Mid-Senior
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required OR equivalent experience in the workforce such as 3-5 years in a full-time numbers-oriented position.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and/or accounting systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A fast learner with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Effective leadership, creative problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in accounting, treasury, and/or financial operations role preferred.
