Role: IBM BPM Developer
Location: Saint Louis, MO
Duration: 6-12 Months
Job Description:
Primarily responsible for BPM code development and very good experience on IBM BPM 8.5.x products
Have experience with design and development of custom BPM applications following best practices and conducting playback sessions
Have exceptional skills in designing Coaches, Coach Views using DOJO and JQuery libraries
Experience in design and development of BPDs
Strong understanding on process analysis, process modeling, BPMN concepts
Must have experience in creating business objects, decision services, UCA's, Exception Handling, Ajax services, integrations services, connectors and Task Routing
Experience in building BPM Web services using REST API, SOAP API, web APIs and integrating with external systems
Experience in implementing DOJO, XML, HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT and JavaScript in IBM BPM
Perform unit, integration and System testing of new BPM solutions
Work with the performance testing team to ensure all aspects, user interfaces, integrations and user scenarios of the developed applications can be performance and load tested before actual implementation
Experience with Server-Side development, Automated workflows, Event driven processing, Networks, Protocols and Time critical systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment
Demonstrably solid software engineering skills
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to optimize SQL queries and perform PL/SQL code profiling
Familiarity with agile software development processes
Ability to designs application components using functional specifications
Ability to produce technical design and documentation
Programming experience in Java, J2EE
Practical experience with build tools (preferably Maven), source code control (preferably GIT), and continuous integration ( Jenkins or TeamCity)
Strong understanding of WebSphere Application Server
