Outbound Call Representative (Contract)

Openbay is seeking high-energy Outbound Call Representatives for an immediate project to conduct outbound phone outreach and recruit automotive service providers to join our marketplace. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated, self-starters to join a hyper-growth tech company and sales team. While this role will support a high-intensity current project, there may be opportunities for demonstrated contributors to convert to a full-time role with the company.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct large amounts of outbound calls to automotive service provider prospects in key geographic markets.
  • Follow call “scripts” when handling different topics and answering questions/objections.
  • Quickly establish a rapport to identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer and present a compelling, credible business case for Openbay's marketplace service.
  • Schedule onboarding demos and meetings with prospects for the customer success team.
  • Consistently achieve target numbers of activities (outbound calls and shop signups) per day/week/month.
  • Leverage CRM to track and prioritize calling and prospecting activities and build/update our customer database.

  • Interest or knowledge in the automotive industry a plus.
  • Flexibility working outside of normal hours in order to book appointments and achieve goals.
  • A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
