1 year contract in Tacoma, WA
It’s an onsite project so need Local or who can relocate to Tacoma. If travel, must be included in rate.

Two (2) projects are in scope for this engagement - One is a Video Management System (software that hooks up to sensors and cameras) while the other is implementing an automated test tool.

Understanding of technology and/or utility projects.
Experience and Certifications:
·         Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 
·         5+ years project management experience, preferably working with software solutions
·         Experience in project management in all phases, from conception to closeout.
·         Experience working effectively as a team.
Statement of Work: 
This role provides project management duties for multiple information technology projects.  Duties include the development of project artifacts, coordination project activities and resources, performs business analysis, facilitation of project work sessions that progress project requirements, design, build/configure and testing project phases.  
·             Compiles project status reports and assists with project report development.
·             Development and ongoing maintenance of project schedule(s).
·             Facilitates, analyzes and contributes toward development of project requirements, design and defining project scope and deliverables.
·             Identifies and documents project deliverables and artifacts, as assigned and required.
·             Identifies, develops and coordinates project activities and assists to ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
·             Identifies, documents risks and issues along with mitigation strategies, assign resources, and coordinates related activities. Responsible for reporting and following change control processes.
·             Identify, document and coordinate resourcing needs. Manage key resource dependencies and constraints; able to work with both internal and external resources and suppliers.
·             Analyzes and interpret project data; review and evaluate the accuracy of plans, report and supporting information using PMI best practices and methodologies; identify and observe trends, examine basic elements and key relationships, forecast needs.
·             Supports organizational and business process change management
·             Facilitates the transition to production operations, ensuring the development of transition and maintenance plans
