Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and winning qualified business opportunities in mid to large enterprise level prospects in the St Louis area in order to meet and exceed annual sales goals
  • Work with internal management on sales goals, planning and forecasting.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle across customer accounts and work closely with the sourcing team to define requirements and identify optimal resources.
  • Learn, understand, and communicate the applications, features, added value and benefits of using Omniskope services & soltuions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas
  • Prioritize and maintain a sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Ability to log phone calls, emails and activity in internal CRM Salesforce.com
  • Build proposals, presentations, and contracts for qualified prospects to close deals.
  • Provide monthly forecasts on the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of enterprise and/or midmarket sales experience in a technology solutions and/or managed services[Support Retainer, Project Team Augmentation, Specific Roles - Developer, Business Analysts, Architects,etc, Outsourced Development]
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, , presentation and social selling skills.
  • Must have good existing relationships in the target Saint Louis markets and Develop and maintain excellent new relationships with referral sources.
  • Ability to present and position Omniskope services to Decision Makers, Key Stakeholders, and C-level executives.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of the company) in past positions
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to build relationships throughout the organization.
  • Ability to work independently or with the team.
  • Strong Skills to use Google Suite for Business & Computer Skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and be patience and enthusiasm while working with potential clients

 Behavioral Skills (e.g. negotiation skills, presentation skills)
  • Having the tenacity to make calls, build pipeline.
  • This is an end to end role that needs you to not only open doors, but account manage that client following our value of Client for Life.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written skills are a must.
  • Good personal energy, who likes the ownership that comes from working selling professional services engagements.
