What you’ll do:
- Independently provide high-level administrative support that anticipates the needs of your executives
- Manage calendars and scheduling of key team and individual meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain utmost discretion in an environment exposed to a high level of confidential information
- Assist with small- and large-scale event planning
- Assist with recruiting; scheduling and facilitating candidate onsites
- Prepare meeting materials, set up meeting rooms, and record and distribute meeting notes
- Perform any other duties that may arise in the context of a fast-moving technology company
What we need from you:
- Passion for the administrative profession
- Self-starter who works well under pressure
- Proactive, diligent, creative problem solver
