Platform Support Engineer

Ogury is looking for a Support Engineer to support sales in presenting Ogur’s platform and product capabilities, leading the early implementation and solution outline process and post-sale hand off to the client services and implementation teams. The support engineer is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage during the sales process and implementation.  This role is the key technical advisor to sales and account management will interact with clients, define solutions for RFP’s, and ensure successful transition to onboard new customers.
 
About the Team
Currently based in NY, London, Belgrade and Paris, you’ll contribute to expand the team in New York.
 
What you’ll do

  • You will work closely with the business to help support client needs. As a central position, you will also have a lot of interaction with other departments within Ogury.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Ogury's product usage, implementation and positioning.
  • Maintain existing and develop new capabilities and approaches for sales to demonstrate Ogury’s offerings.
  • Understand the client’s business objectives fully and design a technical solution to meet them. This includes but is not limited to evaluating marketing programs across paid and owned channels, 1st and 3rd party data integration, and technology vendor requirements.
  • Design and project manage integration pilots with new partners and clients as necessary.
  • Solve either functional or technical issues. Understand our products and be able to drive complex analysis. Interact with development team as necessary.
  • Explain specific behaviors or build custom reports by investigating and exploring data to tell the story.
  • Interact heavily with Sales and Business Development.


Who you are

  • 3+  years of experience in IT / Platform Support.
  • You are passionate, excited and thrive in a fast paced culture.
  • You love sharing our knowledge and learning about new technologies.
  • Ability to crunch data: Excel, SQL…
  • You have experience with mobile development on Android and/or iOS.
  • You are familiar with HTML, JavaScript, and web traffic analysis tools (Chrome developer tools, Charles, Fiddler, Firebug…)
  • Knowledge of a scripting language would be a huge plus: bash, ruby, python…
  • You have a strong attention to details and ability to work closely with others as part of a team.
  • You have a strong communication, follow through and interpersonal skills.
  • You are interested in continuous learning, AdTech and mobile.
