Location

This role will be based in the Ogury London office (180 Old Street).

About the role

Ogury recently transitioned to using a globally recognized tool Salesforce in 2018 and we are looking for an intern who will help with the set-up of the system, manage ad-hoc requests and be responsible for building key reports for stakeholders across the business.

We don’t require any previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM’s, but are looking for a hardworking candidate with excellent technical and communication skills who can learn to be one of our key administrators for the system. 

We need a quick learner – who will be passionate about understanding a tech business from the ground up, and have an interest in data, problem solving and business processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an expert in the world’s number one CRM system, used by over 150,000 companies globally. 

The intern will initially work under the current EMEA Salesforce Admin and receive daily training to become fully competent with using Salesforce. Alongside the training, the intern will act as the ‘go to’ for teams and stakeholders across the business. They will need to build a solid understanding of Ogury’s business, to ensure that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system.

They’ll be a part of an exciting workplace –  with a key part to play in our journey from up and coming start up, to major contender within the ad tech market. 

 

What you'll do :

Initially:

  • Assist sales management to create processes in salesforce to help monitor activities, trends, sales and leads.
  • Learn about the Ogury business across the board and the roles and needs of different business units.
  • Act as first-line support for functional-related topics: i.e. answer process and ‘How To’ questions

Ongoing:

  • Become fully competent on all Salesforce processes and features from the onsite training and online tools such as Trailheads.
  • Work with external consultants in the implementation stage of the Ogury salesforce system, including migration of data from our old CRM, set up of users and all relevant reports and dashboards.
  • Support or deliver training for other users – including new features and releases
  • Continually modify the system to increase benefits and usability, and seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience.
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned by your manager

 
Who you are :

  • Detail oriented and analytical thinker
  • Proactive, organized and logical.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Fast learner
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years professional work experience

Additional useful experience (not required)

  • Any experience working with Salesforce, or other similar CRMs
