Head of Publisher Development - US

The role will oversee the “Publisher Development Team” for the US market, in charge of selling and developing the Ogury for Publishers Suite of Solutions. This role will manage the deployment of our SDKs and suite of products to our publisher clients (App Publishers).
Objective will be to increase our SDK footprint (i.e the number of Unique devices that have installed our SDK) by signing large international publishers with big mobile Apps as well as mid-tail publishers.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to source, negotiate, and execute agreements for Ogury, as well as support go-to-market strategy for scaling our full stack of solutions in the US market. It will build product relationships with Ogurys’ most strategic partners in the US and lead a high-performing team.

What will you do:

  • Execute and own the Publishers business development strategy for the US market.
  • Open new partnerships with top-tier US companies in the mobile ecosystem in different verticals such as News, Utility or Gaming Apps. 
  • Guide US partnership strategies to help scale the value proposition of Ogurys’ products via the right set of partners.
  • Articulate and communicate Ogury’s solutions, distinctive competence, and it's unique advantages in the marketplace to prospective clients / partners.
  • Responsible for setting all the US Publisher Development goals.
  • Track performance for all US based Publisher sellers.
  • Hire a best in class team. 
  • Serve as cross-functional leader, working with executives and teams across company (PM, Engineering, Legal, Finance etc.).

 What you will need:

  • Good start-up mentality - persistent, and resourceful with a proven ability to learn quickly about new technologies and function effectively in a high growth/high pressure environment.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years managerial experience.
  • Proven leadership skills: able to drive results and create an inspiring team environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and pitch to C-levels executives.
  • Superior communication and sales skills that can be applied to both the sales process and internal communications.
  • Willingness to travel. 
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop cross-functional trust.
  • Strong service oriented mentality to support partner needs with a proactive attitude and excellent project, organizational and time management skills.
