Directly accountable for the conversion of product requirements into an architecture and design that will become the blueprint for the solution being created
Work as part of an agile product development team responsible for the timely execution of assigned tasks, and leverage experience to promote process improvement
Lead conceptual and technical solution design for assigned features improvements to meet business requirements while ensuring compliance with established architectural principles, standards, and processes
Understand and apply application architecture standards, policies and procedures
Monitor and approve configuration, solution architecture, development and quality assurance aspects of the features
Stay up to date on Salesforce’s latest offerings and explore beta/pilot functionality if relevant
Review and approval of any third party applications and/or integrations (ie Appexchange products)
Provide thought leadership in technical areas of expertise to promote the best of breed culture
Qualifications:
6+ Years of experience building and delivering Salesforce solutions
Bachelor’s Degree
Salesforce Architect Domain Certifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Salesforce App Builder Certification
Knowledge of release strategies, familiarity/experience with CI/CD, experience with large data volumes, integrations, single sign on
Communicate complex technical issues and solutions in a clear, simple and understandable way
Experience with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Heroku, and Einstein Analytics preferred
Experience in the non-profit industry a plus
Detailed experience with CRM reporting and analytics
Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com including workflows, triggers, reporting, general design concepts and overall approach of Salesforce.com as a CRM platform
Knowledge of SFDC custom development and visual force code is a plus
Proficient in Lightning Platform and capabilities
In-depth understanding of data model and application development
