Duties and Responsibilities:Owner for the overall technical solution for the project and successfully manages the customer satisfaction.
Designs technical end to end solution for business processes using
Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and
Force.com platform.
Works directly with clients to lead projects and the team members.
Works with other technical team members representing back office applications to design, and canvas.
Hands on experience building custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Jquery. lightning component design and canvas.
Hands on experience building integration between Salesforce and other third party applications using middleware as well as web services.
Involved from start of the project all the way through the deployment, validation/testing and deployment of the project.
Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members.
Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to understand client requirements and manage expectations
Excellent Solutioning skills to address complex business objectives
Proven experience and ability to research and find ways to resolve issues
Experience and ability to estimate effort for building solutions.
Experience with pre-sales process and ability to provide innovative solutions to fit customers budget.
Excellent technical background with Salesforce and associated technologies
Ability to lead the team in a technical capacity
Need In- depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application
Should have worked extensively in Steel brick CPQ Configure Price Quote
Should have good experience in SFDC development and testing
Need Extensive knowledge on the Sales Service cloud is mandatory
