Job Description:

Loan Originator partners are responsible for originating/generating residential (1st, 2nds, and combo's) and commercial  mortgage loans  for clients. Providing customized lending solutions to complete client short and long term goals and needs. Implement mortgage planning solutions. This position requires strong communication skills along with a willingness to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:

Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Complete client interview, 1003 and timely compliant disclosures on LOS, IDS/Doc Magic
  • Complete/Assist loan applicants with online loan applications 
  • Issue accurate pre-approval letters
  • Retrieve Credit, DU/LP, Title, Flood, Appraisal, 4506t, and all other 3rd party reports required
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Referrals, Realtors, Title Companies, CPAs, Attorneys and Builders.
  • Find the right loan solution for your clients among a wide variety of banker and broker products
  • Advise, coach and educate your client throughout the entire loan process
  • Deliver fast turn times and outstanding customer service
  • Retrieve all required documents and conditions as soon as possible in order to close the loan
  • Upload completed files onto the company platform as per corporate policies

Qualifications:

  • A desire to accelerate your career and have an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to build a team and motivate 
  • Exceptional communication, computer and customer service skills
  • MS Office Suite and Adobe
  • College preferred
  • Receive and maintain NMLS License

The mortgage originators will maintain minimum standards for production and quality. He/she is responsible to originate and close quality loan volume through sales and marketing activities. All origination and business development activities must be compliant and consistent with all company policies.

Payout tiers up to 225 bps. Position is a 100% W2 commission employee position.
