We are looking for an Integrated Producer who can be that guide, working with our creative, strategic and brand teams to help develop, plan and produce creative campaigns for some of the world’s most progressive brands.  
 
The candidate should be highly motivated and an effective motivator, a great communicator, a reasoned voice in the face of tension and be able to identify the best path to the best possible execution.  They should be able to advise both internal teams and clients to best practices, feasibility, timing, scope and pricing as well as unique, best-in-class partners for any given project.
 
Main Responsibilities:
 
· Collaborate with brand, creative and strategy teams from early concept through production to delivery contributing and managing all aspects along the way.
· Proactively identify risks in production workstreams and brainstorm best solutions.
· Intelligently bid out projects and negotiate with partners keeping projects on schedule and on budget.
· Manage and lead teams, including partners and clients, through tight schedules and deadlines.
· Work with Business Affairs team to oversee execution of appropriate agreements, licensing and billing. 
· Maintain an ambitious curiosity about the content industry and culture at large and be able to call on their pool of best-in-class and progressive production partners (filmmakers, photographers, animators, experiential companies, editors, composers, programmers, scientists, etc) to find the right fit.
 
Experience and Skills:
 
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
· Be able to work independently but also able to scale a team up in appropriate size at the right time.
· Highly organized with a “big picture” perspective while also maintaining strong attention to detail.
· 5+ years production experience in a mix of broadcast and video, experiential, digital and integrated projects.
· Knowledge of AICP, AICE, SAG & AFTRA a big plus. 

Additional Information:

• Experience working on disruptive marketing at an agency is preferred
 • Ability to balance priorities and work independently, under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 • Excellent verbal and presentation skills 
 • Ambitious and curious about the content industry.
 • Open to travel as necessary
