Brand Executive
Observatory is seeking a best in class Brand Executive to join our growing team. The Brand Executive is a highly dependable team player willing to assist all team members in their day to day responsibilities and specifically provide ongoing support to the assigned Brand team. Must have the ability to develop, maintain and grow relationships with clients. The duties of the Brand Executive can change from day to day, so an ideal candidate will be able to adapt and grow based on client needs and demands. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, have production experience and be able to offer input on current clients and new business opportunities. General Duties:
· Work with the Production, Strategy and Creative Teams to set and communicate timelines and schedule to clients.
· Work with Creative Service to schedule creative output and teams - set project timelines, schedules internal and external meetings.
· Support and augment the daily duties of the Brand Director and Senior Brand Executives
· Serve as the point contact for daily items related to client management, which may include administrative, and higher-level communication.
· Serve as the point contact for internal teams working together on a client.
· Ability to lead team brainstorms and meetings.
· Manage client budgets, campaign and production costs, billing and payment schedules.
· Develop and maintain working relationships across agency partners
· Track, follow and monitor entertainment properties and cultural events (film, music, TV, fashion, sports) – with the ability to glean insight and trends for clients and internal teams.
· Compile conference reports for internal teams and clients
Requirements:
- 2-4 years advertising or marketing agency experience or equivalent
- Highly competent in research, ability to define competitor landscapes, industry tracking
- Ability to work non-traditional 9-5pm hours
- Ability to present and participate in group settings
- Ability to recognize and develop new business opportunities
- Strong computer skills including competent working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Knowledge of Keynote and Photoshop is a plus
Additional Information:
- Occasional travel, US and Global might be required
- Typical work day is 8 hours long – hours are 9am-6pm PT, but require flexibility
