Account Manager

Job description
  • As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for 
  • Creating your territory plan, working closely with the inside sales team and sales management to drive demand in your territory, generating interest in our solutions, identifying decision makers, qualifying opportunities and closing deals.
  • Lead generation - cold call, social selling (linkdedin etc.), face-to-face meeting, etc.
  • Account management - building relationship with key stakeholders, deal negotiation skill, upselling skills, holistic management of an account across functions - software sales and delivery, etc. 
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following traits and credentials:
  • English: basic business level (TOEIC>  600).
  • Japanese: native level.
  • 3+ years experience in B2B selling preferably enterprise software solutions and/or business consulting.
  • Base level understanding of integrated business planning principles.
  • This includes, but not limited to: strategic planning, supply chain management, sales/commercial planning, financial planning, marketing planning, product portfolio management, S&OP.
  • Relevant industry experience selling into one or more areas: High-tech, CPG, Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Pharma/Life-sciences and General Manufacturing
    Base level technical understanding (B2B integration, SaaS, enterprise software landscape).
  • Experience with managing accounts in  SFDC  (account management, opportunity management, contact management, etc)
  • Proven, consistent track record of success.
  • Passionate and proactive (self-motivated, ambitious, highly productive)
    Solid communication skills.
