Job description
  • Understand o9’s offerings to the Japan market.
  • Lead content creation.
  • Sales/marketing material to local market.
  • Conversion of global sales / marketing material to local market.
  • Creation of local content.
  • Review of materials and translations.
  • Events organization
  • Attendees, target lists creation, maintenance and invitation arrangements.
  • Event setup, procurement of products, advertisement creation and management, etc.
  • Periodical gathering with members (customers, prospects, etc).
  • Customer / prospects arrangements.
  • Broadcasting
  • Manage interaction with external media organizations such as magazines, blogs,  etc
  • Manage target list and prospect for mailing.
  • Periodical newsletters and o9 Japan home page.
  • Driving prospects to engage with o9ers at internal and external regional events via calling, emailing, mailing, social media, etc..
  • Manage contracts 
  • Managing contractual procedures and contractors for marketing related activities 

Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following traits and credentials:
  • English: business level (TOEIC>  800).
  • Japanese: native level.
  • Experience in working in multicultural environment.
  • 3+ years experience in marketing/ event organization roles.
  • Proactive (self-motivated, self-directed, ambitious, highly productive).
  • Technology proficient (Excel and the Microsoft Suite, Google Drive and G-Suite, LinkedIn).
  • Passion for all things technology related such as artificial intelligence, self-driving cars, augmented reality, etc..
  • Driven and sales-oriented attitude.
  • Positive attitude & eagerness to learn.
Bonus Points
  • Quick learner of new technologies as needed (Photoshop, Adobe Suite, Canva, Yesware, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
