We are now looking to strengthen our team with a European HR Manager
Why:
We are looking for a senior HR professional who will be managing NL and other EU countries.
Accelerating our steep European growth requires hunting, landing and on-boarding the top of the European talent pool in the enterprise software solution space.
What:
- Collaborating with the global o9 team to establish the o9 HR management framework, in line with European common HR practices and legal requirements.
- Acting as the trusted recruitment and on-boarding partner and advisor to the o9 hiring manager.
- Collaborating with the global o9 team to understand competence- and culture requirements.
- Translating these into precise and attractive job profiles.
- Knowing the key European labor markets in terms of talent availability, C&B expectations and local labor legislation – i.e. UK, GE, SP, NL.
- Posting the profiles in all the right places and hunting down the new o9 candidate-colleagues.
- Precision management of interview planning and scheduling, collecting and summarizing interview feedback to the o9 hiring manager.
- Orchestrating the offer process to the selected candidate
- For and on behalf of the o9 hiring manager.
- Leading the on-boarding process as single point of contact for the new hire, including 1st working day readiness of all paperwork, IT and agreed facilities.
Who:
- Good knowledge of EU legal/labour requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree with additional HR curriculum.
- + 6 years of experience working in HR field, in a global service business, preferably gained in the enterprise solution software sector.
- Ambitious, smart and high-energy.
- True people person with a “let me help you" mentality.
- Low in ego, high in business acumen.
- Professional, representative and accurate.
- Flexibility to work when required across time-zones and locations.
You will be responsible to design and implement best HR strategy for NL and other EU countries. You will be in charge of hiring the best leaders for o9 and to actively promote o9 in the marketplace as a destination for top talent.
