The job will require you to:
- Work closely with Sales and aid in the selling process by doing the following
- Value leakage driver identification
- Industry KPI benchmarking
- Value potential analysis
- Discovery
- Standard and Custom o9 demonstrations
- Create and present o9 POV with detailed approach for solving the business problem/s
- Help fill RFPs from prospects
- Do the gap analysis technologically and functionally with challenges and improvement opportunities
- Work with presales consultants and guide them with adequate process details on creating custom demos for prospects
- Collaborate with the consulting partners for educating and co-creating demo content
Requirements:
- 8+ years of similar experience
- Proficiency in identifying the value leakage drivers, conducting benchmark and value analysis
- Ability to identify business improvement opportunities, do initial discovery and present o9 demonstrations
- Ability to develop credibility with prospects as an expert in the area of planning
- Ability to collaborate with presales consultants, product, delivery teams
- Customer empathy and Business acumen
- Very good presentation and communication skills
- Experience in process improvement initiatives and implementing planning applications
- Understanding of analytical models and tools like R will be a plus
