Description
You will be responsible to hire the best leaders for o9 and to actively promote o9 in the marketplace as a destination for top talent. Act as an advisor to the hiring manager to help them through the specialist activity of recruiting and as a custodian for o9 to ensure the right hire is made in line with organizational needs. Run the recruitment project; from point of hiring approval, lead manager consultation, set the recruitment strategy and manage its execution through sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, hiring decision, offer management to offer acceptance. Drive engagement with shortlisted candidates.
Responsibilities
- Understand o9 business model, organization, strategy and drivers.
- Understand the Strategy, Organization and Operations of your allocated client group
- Consult with client to develop a clear understanding of the needs
- Advise on the best recruiting strategy
- Activate and manage the recruitment action plan
- Manage the recruitment process and deliver on the SLA
- Identify, attract, screen and select candidates
- Advise and guide managers through the process of candidate assessment and decision making
- Manage the offer process for all hires
- Ensure managers are regularly updated on the status of recruiting in their areas
- Ensure candidates are engaged with and motivated by opportunities at o9 (relationship management/ brand/employee value proposition).
Required Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in Recruiting in a corporate environment.
- Identifying, attracting and selecting passive talent.
- Knowledge of the technology sector, and core business functions.
- Strong track record of consulting with and advising senior clients.
- Deep knowledge of the recruitment market in either a specific geography or functional area relevant to o9.
- Proven ability to deliver high levels of service to hiring managers and candidates.
