Job Description:
This role will support o9’s US based customers post-implementation to ensure customer success and support. Also ensure the effective operation of o9’s solutions. Will work closely with product development, product management and services teams. Successful candidate will get to work directly with o9 clients on a daily basis via o9 support tool , phone and occasionally in person.
Responsibilities:
- Validating, synthesizing, transforming customer data for planning, visibility, collaboration and analytics using tools like SQL/SSIS/Excel.
- Understand o9 platform’s data model (table structures, linkages, optimal designs) post go-live for maintaining, debugging and enhancing various planning use cases.
- Review and analyze the data provided by customer along with its technical/functional intent and interdependencies.
- Participate in the technical design, data requirements gathering, making recommendations in case of inaccurate or missing data.
- Fine tune the performance and automate the data loading and insights generation process with intelligent checks and balances for sustained value delivery.
- Create and execute integration test-cases. Work on bugs/issues and track progress of resolving issues using support tool.
- SW tools used: o9’s planning platform, SSIS, SQL, Excel.
What you should possess:
- Ability to take complete ownership of the work and deliver with minimal management oversight.
- Proficient in SQL and leveraging ETL tools like SSIS for data transformations.
- Hands on familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Access is a plus.
- Experience with planning applications like SAP, Oracle, e2open, Kinnaxis, JDA, etc will be a plus.
- Experience working with analytical tools like R will be a plus.
- Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R/Java script/python is desirable.
