Technical Consultant - Customer Success

  • Validating, synthesizing, transforming customer data for planning, visibility, collaboration and analytics using tools like SQL/SSIS/Excel
  • Understand o9 platform’s data model (table structures, linkages, optimal designs) post go-live for maintaining, debugging and enhancing various planning use cases
  • Review and analyse the data provided by customer along with its technical/functional intent and interdependencies
  • Participate in the technical design, data requirements gathering, making recommendations in case of inaccurate or missing data 
  • Fine tune the performance and automate the data loading and insights generation process with intelligent checks and balances for sustained value delivery
  • SW tools used: o9’s planning platform, SSIS, SQL, Excel.

What you should possess:
  • Ability to take complete ownership of the work and deliver with minimal management oversight
  • Proficient in SQL and leveraging ETL tools like SSIS for data transformations
  • Hands on familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Access is a plus
  • Experience of planning implementing will be a plus
  • Experience working with analytical tools like R will be a plus
  • Knowledge and experience of Hadoop will be a plus
