Solutions Delivery Manager

We’re growing our Customer Success team and we’re looking for Solution Delivery Manager to play a key role in our client’s success and satisfaction by managing customer installations, upgrades and additional services. The Solution Delivery Manager will manage project scope and goals, and will be the primary contact for the customer, building strong relationships at all levels, and managing their expectations and the progress of their engagements. The Solution Delivery Manager will become an expert in the functionality of the Nymi solution and use their consulting skills to guide the customer through the deployment and use of the Nymi Enterprise Edition.   

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Project and program level planning through the identification of milestones via the development of a full project plan.
  • Maintaining regular tracking of and reporting on project progress and key project success indicators (e.g. product budget, product schedule, resource utilization).
  • Providing regular client and internal status reporting.
  • Project risk identification and development of appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
  • Decision making based upon thorough analysis of company and client goals.
  • Facilitation of meetings to reach predefined goals and to build consensus amongst client decision makers.
  • Fundamental knowledge of all Nymi product functionality to the extent that a Solution Delivery Manager is able to speak knowledgeably about what the NEE solution can and cannot do, and its interaction with complementary technologies and solutions (e.g. ESSO, thin client devices, support readers).  

Skills & Experience

  • Professional services experience that demonstrates building in depth knowledge within a given vertical (e.g. pharma, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing) with experience in the pharma vertical being a plus. 
  • Understanding of authentication / security solutions a plus.
  • Extensive experience managing either solution delivery or product implementation delivery in a client facing capacity with accounts of increasing size and scale that have required team management, scope management, and client management.
  • Strong background in structured project management and use of project management tools and methodology; PMI certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success managing client relationships at different levels from client technical resources upwards through management resources up to CXO level resources with the end result of building client trust while meeting company requirements during the implementation process. 
  • Demonstrable facilitation and presentation skills.
  • An understanding of underlying business drivers including the revenue recognition and invoicing process.
  • Must be extremely pragmatic, detail oriented and able to pay appropriate attention to implementation and execution across multiple accounts without compromising the ability to think strategically across all accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal style and written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate in a compelling manner in public forums.
  • The motivation to continually seek out process improvements.
  • Successful track record leading implementation teams in a matrix organization without direct line management.
  • Strongly preferred - prior technical experience that has demonstrated gradually increasing levels of experience from hands on development experience to development lead to solution architecture. 
  • Strongly preferred some experience with process consulting to guide customers through the introduction of process change.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and client teams, including remotely.
