Permanent Staff Nurse Manager position

  • $95,000.00 - $110,000.00/year
  • Facility Notes: Must have strong risk management and patient safety experience in STAC setting/ maybe LTAC (no manged care or home health)-Does not have to be RNIf they have strong leadership experience in patient safety (5- 10 years), does not need clinical background-Does not need leadership experience, but it is preferred 3-5 years experience as a “Quality Coordinator” or in “Risk Management” required.-Culture| has the lowest turnover rate in all of HCA Looking for candidates that are| thorough/ polished/ skilled/ experience in patient safety/ like career growth / have shown career longevity -Interview process| Phone interview with VP Quality, On-site at hospital with C level Dir & Quality staff, Division AVP phone interview Corporate Nashville phone interview -Reason| prior Dir was promoted -Compensation- Salary range from 95K-$110K up to 15% performance bonus of annualized salary. -Relocation assistance up to 10,000
    Recent Experience: Must have at least 1 year of recent experience in same or similar department
