Change and Communication Lead.

Business Overview 

Our client is the U.S. subsidiary of a well-known Corporation, the world’s largest tire and Rubber Company.

 Responsibilities :
 
●      Overall ownership for change, training, communication and org design for a project
●      Facilitate sponsorship activities and track sponsorship commitment level of executive stakeholders
●      Manage and track overall change journey and management
●      Manage Change Leads to ensure that each BU/Function is ready for cutover
●      Lead project communication, ownership strategy and rollout
●      Define Adoption Measurement Criteria
●      Define capability readiness criteria
●      Assess project readiness
●      Facilitate change impact assessment
 
Preferred Qualifications and Skills required:
●      Experience leading large-scale ERP projects
●      Experience leading Change management projects
●      Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
●      Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
●      Passionate about driving change in the organization and is a visionary.
●      Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
●      SAP experience preferred.
●      Business process understanding and experience preferred.
●      Prior experience in project management.
●      Experience in facilitating change impact assessment.
 
Experience: 
 
●      Five years of relevant management experience 
 
Education: 
 
●      Bachelor’s Degree And /or 
●      Master’s in Business Administration.
