Our product saves clinicians hours each week, freeing them to offer their patients the best care possible. By passively capturing audio during every patient visit, we're able to programmatically produce a standardized, structured chart - a task that currently takes hours each day. Beyond note generation, we are making strides towards automating all of health care administration. We are cutting into the more than $500B spent on administrative overhead annually, an amount that exceeds what is spent on public education or transportation. We believe tech will drive this down more in the next 5 years than it has in the last 30, and aim to use this opportunity to save money for all parties while improving both the patient and clinician experience.
This work is fast-paced and rapidly evolving. The Clinical Operations team is constantly experimenting with new ideas about automation and operational efficiency. They manage a remote team of AI data taggers, partner with the engineering team on specifications, test new features, and analyze KPIs to track and support Notable’s growth.
Members of the Clinical Operations team understand clinician workflows and patient needs. They additionally are experts with multiple electronic medical records systems and are able to identify automatable processes within the health care system. They collaborate with the Customer Success and Product teams to identify pain points for physicians and practices, then work cross-functionally to help scope out features for our engineers to build.
