You will be directly responsible for:
- Sourcing and qualifying tech talents
- Managing both talents and accounts through the interview processes
- Eventually placing candidates in the right role amongst our suite of clientele
The ideal candidate has:
- Hunter mindset - You are out to seek and hunt the very best talent!
- Sales mindset - Hunger to close deals
- Prior experience in a recruitment agency huge plus (fresh grads without prior experience are welcome too!)
- Excellent communication skills
