You will be directly responsible for:
  • Sourcing and qualifying tech talents 
  • Managing both talents and accounts through the interview processes
  • Eventually placing candidates in the right role amongst our suite of clientele

The ideal candidate has:
  • Hunter mindset - You are out to seek and hunt the very best talent!
  • Sales mindset - Hunger to close deals
  • Prior experience in a recruitment agency huge plus (fresh grads without prior experience are welcome too!)
  • Excellent communication skills
