Salesforce Field Service Lightning Developer/ Tech Lead / Architect
Location: Columbus, IN

Previous experience as a Solution Engineer in the Field Service, CRM, Contact Center, or Customer Service space
Deep functional understanding of field service operations and processes
Prior experience with Field Service Lightning configuration
Prior experience with the implementation of functionality
Firm understanding of best practices
Prior experience working on an agile project
Have solid knowledge in Service Cloud
Business requirements assessment and delivery of findings including key pain-points. Proposes solutions to meet business needs, and ROI where applicable

Graduate or Masters in Computer science
Salesforce Certifications: Field Service Lightning Consultant, App Builder & Admin preferable
3-5 years of Salesforce consulting experience
5-8 years of overall consulting experience
2 end-to-end Field Service Lightning implementations
