Credit Collections Analyst
- Manages multi-million dollar AR portfolio ensuring specific performance objectives related to delinquency, bad debt write-offs, and DSO are consistently met for their region. Independently determines which customer to contact, how frequently, and which techniques to apply in order to meet their department objectives.
- Successful management of their region includes knowing when to recommend service suspension.
- Required to interpret contracts and lead efforts required to resolve a customer dispute.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- Should be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- SAP knowledge is a strong plus.
