Mission
The sales engineer will be responsible for preparing and delivering technical product presentations and explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver product demos that explain key technical aspects of our product
- Provide answers to client questions about our product, servicing, and other technical aspects of the product
- Think critically and suggest improvements that might lead to cost savings or other client benefits
- Work with the client to problem-solve through every hurdle during the sales process
- Assist with onboarding new clients
- Arrange and lead training for new and existing customers
- Help sales team build funnel and close deals with corporate prospects for Story Engine (nationwide)
- Manage a direct sales quota of $600k to $1m in subscription sales
- Manage pilot engagements and moving Prospects through Sale Funnel
- Craft compelling workflow documentation on the use of Story Engine for alternative use-cases
Competencies & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- A JD is preferred
- 2 -4 years’ professional e-discovery experience, including a solid understanding of end-to-end eDiscovery workflows, reviewer experience is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to perform under pressure/confidence
- Strong negotiation skills
