Seeking Full-Time Cook
Shifts: 7am - 6 pm (split shift with 1 hour break; 10 hour work days)
Schedule: Rotating schedule that includes every other weekend
Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri
Week 2 - Sat, Sun, Tues, Wed
Cook candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision, follow direction, and be dependable. Compensation depends on experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

- Must pass a Level 2 Background Screen

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and stock area with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items independently, as instructed
- Answer, report and follow executive chef’s instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven cooking experience
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures, and varied diets (diabetic, mechanical soft, etc..)
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Culinary school diploma preferred
