Position: HR Administrative Assistant - TEMPORARY POSITION
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
mid June- October 2019 - TEMP POSITION with possible opportunity for permanent position
Day-To-Day Duties:
- Answering phone calls, emails, texts by directing them to the appropriate party, delivering messages, or responding to requests in a timely and professional manner
- Greet and direct all visitors
- Assisting to maintaining personnel records with includes initial file preparation, regular maintenance, ongoing and daily filing, tracking of certifications, state health requirements, and other items
- Filing and Scanning
- Organize and maintain office areas
- Assist with supply ordering and inventory
- Organize and maintain archived files and filing system
Skills and Qualifications:
- Expert organization, follow-through, prioritization, and professionalism is required
- Being able to work on team and independently
- Maintaining clean and organized workspace
- This job requires the completion and organization of a large amount of paperwork and filing
- Excellent writing skills
- Professional phone etiquette and verbal communication
- Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, preferred
- Experience working in a law firm or similar, preferred
- Bilingual in English & Spanish, a plus
