Opportunity Manager

operated company serving commercial and government clients by providing consulting, design,
installation, construction and maintenance services to a wide variety of commercial and government
clients.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective clients to uncover their goals, budget, and timeline.
- Advise clients on products and general design to ensure that project goals are aligned with other
factors (time, budget, location, etc).
- Generate scope of work.
- Provide a superior customer experience through consistent & clear communication.
- Establish expectations with client and manage to them throughout the sales process.
- Create and maintain a positive relationship with all vendors.
- Provide detailed notes and documents to support the design/estimating/installation teams.
Requirements:
- Clear and professional written/verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Client focused.
- Ability to adjust interaction style to meet the needs of clients/vendors.
- Team player who values the opinion of others.
- Curious and has a desire to learn about the newest products & services.
- High level of personal accountability and initiative.
- Positive and enthusiastic about play!
- Experience in account management desired.
- 3-5 years in a consultative sales role desired.
- 1-3 years of construction industry experience is desired.
