SUMMARY
Our growing company is looking to hire a dynamic Sales Manager who will be a vital piece in the day to day success of a sales team. Networx’s Sales Managers are responsible for managing, developing, coaching, and motivating their team. The goal is to develop team skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and sales and KPI targets are met. The role also entails overseeing activities and performance by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of your sales team. Planning, monitoring progress and data collection and analysis skills are critical to the success of this role. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to lead through mentorship, understands accountability, and has a high level of personal and professional drive and persistence.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing a sales team in a structured sales environment
- Is data-driven and is able to track and report on KPIs, Time & Attendance and sales metrics with accuracy
- Is able to lead daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with sales teams and leadership
- Can assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Is passionate about transforming sales through proactive leadership and team empowerment
- Has a commitment to overachievement and can transfer that “can do” attitude to the team
- Is able to develop sales contests and incentives to drive sales performance
- Has strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Is resourceful with effective problem-solving skills, including high emotional intelligence to manage stress and diffuse difficult situations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 4-years experience effectively leading a successful team of 10+
- Experience leading a consultative sales process
- Experience using CRM to manage and forecast sales opportunities
- Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivation, perseverance, and determination qualities.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills able to identify trends and patterns
- Strong leadership skills and work ethic.
- Ability to manage competing, high-level priorities in a fast-paced environment.
