Salesforce Administrator

As Netsertive's Salesforce Administrator, you will partner with the business to build and maintain our Salesforce platform. You will own management of our current instance, providing ongoing support and continuous improvements. Strong applicants possess the ability to work directly with the internal business team and partner with program managers and developers for requirement gathering, ongoing maintenance, configuration, consulting, and implementation of new projects. Additionally, they will have a strong Salesforce technical skillset, the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams, communicate with partners, execute in a fast-paced environment, and be eager to learn. 

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the lead System Administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 100+ users
  • Hands on configuration of all new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows, process builders, CPQ, and other 3rd party applications
  • Manage Salesforce.com tool integrations such as Hubspot, Adaptive Insights, and Netsuite
  • Manage Salesforce.com CRM application including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues
  • Partner and consult with the business to identify and define business requirements and initiate and prioritize enhancement, gap analysis, and prepare user stories
  • Partner with business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve business needs
  • Own and deliver new process updates and projects, including ideation, requirement gathering, build, support, training, maintenance, and success tracking
  • Support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and other teams as required

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator managing core platform access, security, and reporting tasks utilizing Sales Cloud as well as process automation and validation
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Information Technology
  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification required
  • Salesforce.com Platform App Builder Certification preferred
  • Proficient in the use of Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and Excel for data analysis and quality initiatives
  • Passion for data integrity and operational stability
  • Appreciation for and adherence to product lifecycle processes and governance
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce security model and role hierarchy
  • Experience supporting sales teams and processes
  • Experience managing lead lifecycle integrations between Salesforce and Hubspot or other marketing automation system preferred
  • Experience with Lightning Experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to independently manage tasks to completion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong testing skills with ability to identify and execute appropriate depth of testing, including negative tests and integrated test scenarios
